Bringing Gordon Ramsay's cookware empire to Mexico through cultural relevance for the D2C future.

Conceptual OOH for Monterrey, Mexico City and Guadalajara.

Sale specific for brand relevance throughout the year.

With HexClad’s D2C model, we built culturally relevant sales-period campaigns, from Independence Day to Cyber Week, Buen Deal and Prime Day. Each one was modeled on global toolkits and written for aspiring Mexican chefs.
We aligned with leading creators and chefs for UGC that didn’t just tell the story of HexClad, but of Mexico, across 30 first-year collaborations. UGC became a massive revenue and confidence driver for both organic and paid.
HexClad proved that D2C brands have a strong future in Mexico: 10X+ ROI during key offer periods and 30K organic followers within a few months.
“Calo has been a true growth partner for HexClad Mexico from day one — open, supportive, and instrumental in helping us build the right foundation, find our voice in-market, and scale through the right advertising channels.”
-Aaron Gaffey, Director of Sales

Calo brought Gordon Ramsay and his best-selling cookware brand HexClad to Mexico. We aligned with some of Mexico’s biggest creators to develop a strategy centered in cultural relevance and deep appreciation of Mexico’s undeniable food scene.
HexClad didn’t just need a performance team, they needed to understand the nuance and essence of the Mexico market. Calo was well-positioned not just as a multicultural team, but a collective of chefs and foodies.
We developed their brand framework, usage guidelines and transcreation strategy. We ensured cultural relevance within every word, every Shopify PDP description and every single of the 100+ influencer collaborations. A 360 paid media strategy segmented audiences, defined user profiles, with over 600 creative assets developed.
