Who we are
English Spanish Marketing, doing business as Calo (“Calo,” “we,” “us”), is a United States company based in Los Angeles, California, with team members in Guadalajara, Mexico. Its registered address is 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States. Calo is responsible for the personal information described in this policy, which covers calo.agency in English and Spanish and anything you send us through it or by email.

What we collect
What you give us. Through our contact form: your name, email, business or organization name, project description and the services you’re interested in. By email: whatever you include, such as a résumé or portfolio when you apply for a job or our artist residency.
What we collect automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, the site that sent you here, and campaign details in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags and Google, Meta, Microsoft or LinkedIn click IDs). Your browser stores how you first found us (up to 12 months) and how you most recently arrived from an ad, link or search (up to 90 days), and we receive that information if you send the contact form.
Sensitive information. We don’t need it, so please don’t send it (for example, health, religious beliefs, ethnic origin or immigration status). If you include it anyway, we’ll use it only to review your message and won’t keep what we don’t need.
How we use it
To do what you ask. These uses are necessary:
- Reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and work with you.
- Review job and artist residency applications.
- Run, secure and fix the site.
To improve our marketing. You can say no to these:
- Measure site traffic with Google Analytics.
- Measure our ads and show Calo ads to people who visited the site, with Google Ads and Meta.
To opt out of the marketing uses, use the options under “Cookies and your choices” or email hey@calo.agency. Saying no won’t affect how we work with you.
Cookies and your choices
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies:
- Google Analytics (_ga cookies, about 13 months): how people use the site.
- Google Ads (_gcl cookies and Google/DoubleClick cookies, about 90 days): ad measurement and remarketing.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp cookie, 90 days): ad measurement and remarketing.
- Cloudflare (_cfuvid, until you close your browser): keeps the site secure and fast.
- Calo (browser storage: calo_first_touch, calo_last_touch and calo_session): how you found us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also turn off personalized ads in Google’s My Ad Center and your Meta ad preferences, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or use the industry opt-outs at aboutads.info and thenai.org.
Do Not Track. Our site doesn’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there’s no common standard for them. Use the options above instead. Google and Meta may collect information about your activity on our site and on other sites over time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Webflow (website hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Basin (contact form), Google (email, Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (ad measurement). They may store data in the United States and other countries.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and other people’s safety.
- A buyer or successor if Calo is sold or merged, under this same policy.
Our team in the United States and Mexico may access your information to serve you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we have about you.
- Correct it if it’s wrong or incomplete.
- Delete it.
- Stop using it for a specific purpose.
You can also limit how we use or share your information, or withdraw your consent.
Email hey@calo.agency with the subject “Privacy request.” Include your name, the email you used with us, what you’re asking for and any details that help us find your information. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, with a copy of an ID) or, if someone is acting for you, proof that they can.
We’ll reply within 20 days and, if your request applies, carry it out within 15 days after that. If you’re in Mexico and believe your rights weren’t respected, you can contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our business relationship with you, and as long as the law requires. Then we delete or anonymize it. Cookies expire as listed above.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords or financial account numbers through the site or by email.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also note it on our homepage or email you if we’re in touch.
